Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Tunedwork. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

✅ Returns

• You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

• Customized or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Tunedwork error (e.g. wrong item, damage).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
