We want you to love what you ordered from Tunedwork. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
Customized or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Tunedwork error (e.g. wrong item, damage).
